Welcome to Sevilla Retreat! A luxury 5BR villa overlooking Runaway Bay golf course with free access to our private residents beach. Designed by an artist around a beautiful oval swimming pool, the villa offers unique spacious accommodation for couples, families and gatherings. Housekeeping and cook included five days a week, and available on request for the rest of your stay. Groceries can be delivered on request prior to check in. Satellite Internet throughout for digital nomads.

The space

Built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval shaped swimming pool that shines like a jewel in the Crown when lit up at night, the villa is perfect for private daytime and nocturnal swimming.

Sevilla Retreat offers five en-suite bedroom accommodation which includes a detached open plan studio apartment for larger groups. Three of the bedrooms in the villa open out through sliding doors onto the veranda around pool.

The studio apartment has ocean views and is very spacious and open plan with its own kitchen and shower room as well as a mezzanine platform area. The studio welcomes lush breezes from the ocean and has a lovely terrace.

The living room in the villa opens up onto the veranda through large sliding doors making a beautifully huge spacious living area with 2 dining areas and comfortable seating for large groups overlooking the pool.

GROCERIES
Guests pay for their own food supplies directly with the local supermarket. However, deliveries from the local supermarket can be arranged at no extra cost prior to guests arrival, and guests are required to settle their bill as soon as they have had a chance to settle in. We can also arrange for someone to visit the villa from the supermarket before departure to collect payment.

STAFF
Housekeeping and cook are available in with the price for 5 working days the week, and are both available on request for weekends and public holidays for an additional cost. Waitress service also available on request. Please enquire for more details thank you.

Our security, groundsman and pool maintenance man lives adjacent to the property and is available as and when required in with the price.

BEACH
Guests will be given a beach pass on arrival to access our private resident’s beach which is less than 10 minutes walk the other side of the golf course. The beach is lined with magnificent almond trees offering shade from the sun. The beach is a white sandy beach with turquoise blue sea, and is very safe for swimming. Guests can relax with a good book in the sun lounge chairs.

The villa has a rich history since Bob Marley and his crew came to Villa Sevilla (VS) to discuss politics and music when the property was first designed and built by a well known Italian builder.

Guest access

The property is gated and very private. Ideally located opposite The Cardiff Hotel and Spa security post. The villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with almond, mango and coconut trees, and is accessed through large electrically controlled gates with parking enough for up to 5 or 6 cars.

SECURITY
The property is very private and in a very safe location opposite a security post for The Cardiff Hotel and Spa in a popular tourist area. We also have a groundsman available at all times who is responsible for security and pool maintenance.
