Cistern is complete with hopper-bottom, flush out drain valve, overflow dispersion pipes, and access hatch. As a backup there is a community water supply. Pump house and utility room contains 3/4 horsepower 240v high efficiency pump, pressure switch, pressure gauge, and 70 gallon pressure tank to maximize pump efficiency and provides standby water pressure during power interruptions. Pump house is wired and plumbed to easily accept water purification system installation if desired.
