It is only minutes from restaurants and stores in town, and a huge veranda on the third floor has spectacular ocean views, making it perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails!
You enter the air-conditioned unit on the third (main) floor, where you’ll find a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom, guest bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a large veranda with both dining and lounging areas. The newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms feature ceramic tile flooring and granite countertops, and there is a reverse osmosis filtration system in the kitchen for drinking water.

You and your guests are also able to enjoy swimming in the beautiful hotel pool, with “extras” such as drinks at the poolside bar and a buffet breakfast available for a fee.
HOA fees are approx. $250 USD/month and cover exterior and pool maintenance, 24/7 security, common areas (including lights), wifi, cable, waste collection, water and backup generator.
Las Terrenas is a town on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, on the Samana Peninsula. It is known for its miles of undeveloped beaches, including Playa Las Ballenas, Bonita, Coson, and Las Terrenas. There are people from many cultures that call Las Terrenas home, and you’re likely to hear a variety of languages spoken, including Spanish, French, Italian, English, and Creole. Palm trees and brightly coloured fishing boats dot the coast, both along the malecon in town as well as along the long stretches of undeveloped beaches.
Local activities include kitesurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding, and ziplining, and cars, motorbikes, scooters and mountain bikes are available to rent. Only a 25 minute drive to El Catey Samana International Airport, and about 2.5 hours to Santo Domingo, and 3.5 hours to Sosua and Puerto Plata.
