The house is located in the Urataka hills in Santa Cruz which is a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood.
The house is off the beaten path which makes it a great place for nature lovers and for small kids to run around freely.
The right side of the house is condemned and allows only for neighbors on the left and in front. The built-up of this house is 217 m2 and the lot
is 900 m2. There is a front porch/sitting area that allows for spectacular sunrise moments with a great view of the hills. The house is not fenced in.
The house has three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms to be shared. One master bedroom with its
en suite and spacious walking closet. A living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open spaces. A laundry room and a TV area. The house also
has a small veranda in the back. The house was built with indoor-outdoor living in mind. The sliding door and the folding door go all the way open into
the veranda. The kitchen appliances are all stainless steel. Each bedroom has an A/C unit and the living room area has an A/C unit as well. All the A/C units
are inverters. But we rarely use the A/C in the common area. Since the house is on an elevation it gets very breezy.
The house is located only 5 minutes away from the Arikok National park. The closest supermarket is approximately 7 minutes away by car.
