North Island, Caye Caulker

This is a unique and exciting development taking place on the North Island of Caye Caulker. The first phase, consisting of twenty five condos is complete and all sold but you are not too late as there is now phase II underway! The condos sit on a large piece of paradise facing the beautiful Caribbean Sea and just over a mile from the cut known as the ’split’. Only steps from the water, the two bedrooms and two bathrooms condos have a/c throughout, open plan living, kitchen dining area and lots of large windows giving you the benefit of the stunning views, from each room.

A rental program is available should you decide to rent. Why not allow others to enjoy by giving you an income at the same time?! The second phase will include a lap pool, gym, spa and coffee and juice bar. Prices are currently very reasonable but as development continues the prices will rise.
