The South area of Caye Caulker, past the airport, has become very desirable for both homeowners and renters as it’s only ten minutes from the main village but a peaceful beauty spot with lots of natural beauty.
There are a few more homes in this area but it stays quiet all day and night. Properties South of the airport utilize solar and rain catchment. This house has six batteries and solar panels to keep both residential floors running sufficiently along with two large rainwater catchment vats. So whether enjoying a formal dinner with friends in the dining space or relaxing on the bamboo sofa set in the living area the picturesque views will keep you in awe.
Two double beds occupy the South part of this U Shape living space. The current owners enjoy this open plan feel but a wall can easily be put in place, turning into a one-bedroom for privacy.
