Secured situated in a gated community (but NOT these large ones with identical homes), only a few minutes away from the beach. No rental agency, you meet the owner and we have always a coffee and some good ideas for you what to do here and where to go.

The space
ONE LUXE JAMAICA VILLA RENTAL is located between Ocho Rios and St.Ann´s Bay, close to Mammee Bay and the world-famous Dunn´s River Falls are just a few minutes away.

This is called the GARDEN PARISH and it has earned its name. Lush and tropical vegetation, far enough but not too far from the heat and hassle of the bigger cities Kingston and Montego Bay.

We are in very close proximity to the famous Scotchies restaurant, a MUST-DO Jerk restaurant stop. Being situated close to the beautiful Caribbean ocean as well, ONE LUXE JAMAICA VILLA RENTAL works together with the private Beach Club Bamboo Blue, only 3 mins away by car/taxi. Our guests enjoy free entry and discounts on the food/drinks.

The villa features ultra modern design and looks like it was just opened yesterday – everything is in pristine shape and extremely well maintained – see our reviews. On 4 floors the villa features 2 private suites, each having a big bedroom with imported, modern furniture, a big walk-in-closet and an en-suite bathroom. Each suite is equipped with a powerful Air Condition and many other amenities like Cable TV with Movie and Music Channels, Iron, Safe Deposit box. Bathrooms are flooded with natural light and feature sleek modern Design, a big walk-in shower and all the condiments you need.

Social areas are a huge, 2 floor high living room with access to pool and gardens as well as the spacious, well designed pool-deck and several side decks and corners and niches. Perfectly to sunbathe, clothing optional with no spectators. Oh, and not to forget the high rooftop, a steady breeze makes up for the intense sun and to cool off in the days or hang out and stargaze in the nights. Watch the sunset from up there and you will instantly fall in love with this area we are in and Jamaica. Wanna roll out of your bed and jump into the fresh waters of our private pool? No Problem – its right in front of your bedroom in the own private court yard. Garden and lush plants shield your private holiday away from the outside and give you a good idea of Jamaican fruits and vegetation. You can prepare your food in your own topnotch and stylish kitchen in the villa. Several restaurants are a quick 10-15 min drive away in Ocho Rios. We love to help you with reservation and transportation.

Guest access
Booking the entire villa for yourself, you have of course access to the whole house with 3 floors – first floor with one suite (2 beds), and the social area as kitchen, living room, multiple decks, pool deck, garden; on the second floor, you have another suite (2 beds) as well as the balcony lounge with a library and a workdesk, some balconies. Finally, the highlight, the rooftop with a sunbathing zone and gorgeous views to the mountains and the ocean. Always a nice breeze and a great place for a sun downer drink.

The whole villa is suitable and shielded for clothing-optional if you should desire.
Guests are provided with their own property key to leave and enter freely as they like. House Passes are issued to identify the guests at the security gate at the entrance to our gated community. House passes will also grant you discount at the private Bamboo Beach Club.

Other things to note
Daily housekeeping is included in the fee. Change of towels daily, linens approx. every 4 days or earlier if needed. At an additional fee laundry and cooking services are available. A nanny can also be provided (Day/Evening)
